the more meetings, the more concrete - guess this is not always the case. but for our prototype, it's definetly true. having had an intense session on thursday, also the details become preciser - and, surprisengly, harmonize with all the rest (at least that's my perception). my part (introduction and presentation as well as specification of org-chart /structure) has reached a status of preliminary completion - let's see whether there will be major changes on the next meeting or not
